Sayam Nickel Alloys, based in Hyderabad, is a reliable manufacturer and supplier of Incoloy 625 Tubing for demanding industrial applications. The company is known for supplying tubing that delivers excellent strength, corrosion resistance, and long-term performance. Manufactured using high-quality Incoloy 625 alloy and advanced production techniques, these tubes are tested to meet international quality standards. Sayam Nickel Alloys serves industries such as oil and gas, chemical processing, power generation, marine, and aerospace by providing tubing that performs consistently in harsh and high-pressure environments.
Incoloy 825 tubing is a nickel-iron-chromium alloy with molybdenum, copper and titanium to enhance its corrosion resistance. Its composition is approximately 38-46% nickel, 19.5-23.5% chromium, 2.5-3.5% molybdenum, 1.5-3.0% lead and 0.6-1.2% titanium. Mechanically, it provides excellent strength and resists oxidation and sulfidation at high temperatures. The advantages of the alloy include excellent resistance to acidic environments, resistance to high-stress corrosion cracking environments and excellent weldability, making it ideal for complex areas such as chemical processing and oil and gas applications.
