Rene 41 Round Bars are crafted from a nickel-based superalloy that includes about 19–21% chromium, 1.5–3% cobalt, 3–4% molybdenum, 3–4% titanium, 3–4% aluminum, along with trace amounts of niobium, zirconium, and carbon. This unique composition ensures excellent high-temperature strength and oxidation resistance. In terms of mechanical properties, Rene 41 boasts a tensile strength of around 1,270–1,550 MPa, a yield strength of 1,100–1,300 MPa, and impressive creep resistance. These bars maintain their dimensional stability and toughness even at temperatures exceeding 700°C, making them perfect for components that face extreme heat and mechanical stress.
