AWS Class ENiCrFe-3 coated electrodes are nickel-based electrodes with a typical composition of Nickel (balance), Chromium 13–17%, Iron 6–10%, Manganese ≤1.00%, Silicon ≤1.00%, Carbon ≤0.10%, Sulfur ≤0.015%, Phosphorus ≤0.02%, and Copper ≤0.50%. These electrodes provide excellent mechanical properties, including a minimum tensile strength of about 550–620 MPa, good ductility, and strong resistance to hot cracking. They maintain weld stability and strength at elevated temperatures.
